This bowl is about 12.75" in diamter by 9" tall and was inspired by a Navajo basket I saw.  There are 53 rows of 60 segments per row with each row about 0.15" tall thus, with the base there are 3,181 individual pieces of wood.  This bowl is made from Maple, Wenge, Bloodwood and Yellowheart.
